Introduction: Epidermoid cyst of the penis is a benign lesion which is rarely observed and which generally
does not present any symptoms. These lesions can be either congenital or acquired. In this case presentation,
we present a ten-year-old boy with acquired penile epidermoid cyst which we think has developed after
hypospadias repair.
