Urethral diverticula with stone formation is extremely rare among men. We report a case of 34-year-old man with a large urethral diverticulum with multiple stones presenting as a scrotal mass. The diagnosis was confirmed with ultrasonography and radiography. The patient underwent open surgical repair under local anesthesia, and the diverticulum was excised without any complication.
