Introduction: Small cell carcinoma of bladder is an extremely uncommon type of bladder cancer and
follows an aggressive clinical course. We presented a case of a small cell carcinoma of bladder in a 51 year old
man with histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings in view of literature.
