Germ cell testis tumors generally metastasize to retroperitoneal lymph nodes and these masses may invade aorta or vena cava to which they are very close. We have detected a vena caval thrombus in a 20 years old male patient with non-seminomatous germ cell tumor and retroperitoneal metastasis.
