Endopyelotomy has become an alternative treatment modality to open surgery for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Endopyelotomy can be performed by antegrade or retrograde approach. Antegrade endopyelotomy has been used successfully in our clinic, since 1998. In this study we present our first 11 patients who have completed their 1 year follow-up period.
