A case of a hydatid cyst of testis is reported. Echinococcus has been reported to occur in the most vital organs of the body. We report a case of a hydatid cyst of the testis with no other organ involvement that originally was misdiagnosed as malignant tumor. Echinococosis should be considered in differential diagnosis of testicular masses, especially in endemic regions.
