Abstract

Abstract

Introduction: Burried penis is an uncommon condition due to different anatomical abnormalities like poor skin fixation at the base of the penis, scarring after penile surgery and excessive obesity. Different surgical techniques have been suggested to correct this abnormality. Recurrent balanitis, difficulty in maintaining hygiene, difficulty holding the penis straight during voiding and embarrassment among peers are main indications for surgery. We report our results with liposuction combined with reconstruction technique in 3 patients and review the literature.
